Choose a Counsellor

By choosing a counsellor and paying for the experience you are taking ownership of difficulties and issues in your life.

"But I know I can talk to my friends......"

This may well be the case, but not everyone has that option.

A therapeutic relationship is the ability to talk to a professional counsellor who will not judge you, blame you or make assumptions.

This is all in confidence. You are truly accepted for who you are; you cannot always get this with a friend or family member.

Counselling Can you with:

  • Depression.
  • Panic & Anxiety attacks.
  • Bereavement.
  • Any kind of loss.
  • Ending of a relationship.
  • Improving relationships.
  • Eating disorders.
  • Physical pain with no organic cause.
  • Discovering who you are.
  • Acceptance of yourself and others.
  • plus any other difficulties.
